While PCBC made its name as a homebuilding event, the show has evolved with the market, and now caters to major builders in both single-family and multifamily housing. Nearly half of PCBC’s builder audience is active in multifamily development, and our Multifamily Trends Conference is an executive-level summit for apartment and condo builders, developers, property owners, investors and analysts.
