Your exhibit space rental includes:

Colored 8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side rails (for in-line and perimeter booths)
One 7” x 44” booth identification sign displaying your company name and booth number (for in-line and perimeter booths).
Company and product listing in the official 2013 Show Guide and Exhibitor Directory and on the PCBC website. (Exhibitor responsible for entering/editing this information online in MYPCBC Exhibitor. If your information is not submitted, it will not be included on the website or in the Show Guide.)
Complimentary website link to your company’s home page from our website.
Complimentary VIP Builder Pass for you to send to your builder clients, giving you the opportunity to invite them to see you at the show — free of charge. (These are for builders who activiely purchase and specifies products.)
Exhibitor Online Exhibitor Service Kit.
Complimentary badges for all of your booth personnel based on your booth size (4 for every 100 sq. ft of exhibit space).
Use of fully staffed, on-site Press Room, available for your PR materials.
Future preferential booth selection based on a priority point system.

Your exhibit space rental does not include:

Carpet – Booth carpet or other appropriate floor covering is required for all exhibits. You may ship your own floor covering with your booth materials, or you may rent it from Champion Exposition Services.
Electrical Services
Freight Handling Labor
Installation and Dismantle Labor
Optional Booth Cleaning – Champion Exposition Services provides aisle cleaning each night and once before the show opens. If you would like to purchase booth cleaning for your exhibit, see the “Booth Cleaning & Porter Services” order form, which will be provided in your service kit.
Insurance – PCBC exhibitors are required to obtain liability insurance at their own expense. The policy must include an endorsement of additional insured which names: (1) PCBC^® The Premier Building Show and (2) California Building Industry Association, and their respective members, officers, directors, agents and employees. Failure to provide the required documentation shall result in the cancellation of the contract, loss of exhibit space, and a forfeiture of all payments. Please refer to the Official Rules & Regulations for more details.
