When and where is the conference?
The PCBC Conference (The Re-Think Conference) and Exhibit Hall is June 28-29 (0ther events, such as Hall of Fame Gala and Leader-to-Leader are earlier that week.) The Land and Capital Forum is held on June 28, and the Mulitfamily Trends Forum is on June 29. PCBC 2017 is at the San Diego Convention Center.

When does registration open? What about hotels?
Both registration and hotels open on February 28, 2017.
Why should I book my room through the PCBC housing block?
Because of the sizable number of rooms we occupy, PCBC is able to negotiate more favorable hotel rates (as much as 30% cheaper) than you would find on your own.
If I don't register ahead of time, can I register onsite?
Yes, you may register onsite, although you run the risk of events being sold out. We really encourage you to pre-register--see why here.
How does the Passport registration work?
With the passport registration you get access to all education sessions for the Re-Think Conference, Land and Capital Forum, Multifamily Trends Forum on Wednesday & Thursday. It also includes two-day exhibit floor access, "Open-to-All" Education, and the General Session Keynotes. Ticketed events not included.
What's included with an Exhibits-only pass?
Not only will you get full access to PCBC's Exhibit Hall and access to over 300 product manufacturers, your pass gets you into the General Session Keynotes, open-to-all education sessions, the High Performance Home Showcase, and PCBC's Parade of Products. View more information here.

Are kids allowed?
PCBC is a professional tradeshow. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the Exhibit Floor or in any educational programming rooms. Infants may be carried by backpack or sling. No strollers will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Coat check is available to store strollers at a nominal fee.
