Land Challenges: How Today’s Developers and Builders Are Rising to the Occasion
With large land parcels increasingly scarce to find, developers are faced with rising costs, financing hurdles and steep competition. And when they make it past all of these obstacles, they and their builder partners are met with another set of challenges. These include diverse buyer demographics and their corresponding lifestyle demands, changing family structures, the integration of cutting edge technology, conservation issues, as well as increasingly stringent building codes and the mounting pressure these regulations have on consumer home affordability. This panel will explore land challenges from start to finish, educating attendees on the unique solutions being employed by both developers and builders today to create the successful, quality new home communities of tomorrow.
